We all have energy storage centers in our bodies called chakras. There is also an energy field around us called aura. In these centers we store energy patterns of events that happened in the past, and even in prior lives. Some of these patterns are happy memories and some of them are unpleasant and painful memories. We stuff these painful memories away deep into our energy centers and try to forget about them, but they don't really go away. Unbeknown to us, these negative forms of energy get stored in our body and energy center as fear, doubt, anger, judgement, criticism, or blame. These negative forms of energy block our energy fields causing an imbalance, which can lead to dis-eases of the mind, body or spirit. Energy Work removes the energy blockages, redirects the energy flow and balances the energy centers bringing wellness to you.
